Information we collect
When you request a quote or contact us through this website, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, service requested and the message you provide.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange inspections or quotations, provide services and communicate with you about your request.
Advertising measurement
If you consent to optional advertising cookies on the house-sale page, Meta Pixel may send page-view and successful enquiry events to Meta to help measure our advertising. Do not enter sensitive personal information into the enquiry form. For information about Meta's processing, consult Meta's privacy policy.
Service providers
Information submitted through the website is stored in our database service and used by our email delivery service to send enquiry notifications and confirmations. We use these providers to operate the website and respond to enquiries.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the enquiry, provide services, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal or accounting requirements.
Cookies
The private house-sale page may use Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms) to measure visits and successful viewing enquiries from Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta Pixel is only loaded if you accept optional advertising cookies using the consent banner. If you reject them, the Pixel is not loaded. You can change your choice using the cookie settings control on the house-sale page. Meta may process information such as browser/device data and page activity under its own terms and policies.
Your rights
Depending on your circumstances, UK data protection law gives you rights concerning your personal information, including access, correction and objection or restriction in certain circumstances. To make a request, contact Jarvis Maintenance Group using the contact method provided on this website.
